We started using Fusionetics this year with the NC State men's basketball team. It is an all encompassing human performance platform that allows us to keep our data in one easy-to-use place. We have used the system to help bridge the gap between our sports medicine, nutrition, and strength & conditioning departments in order to better serve our student-athletes. We have always placed an emphasis on our recovery strategies through sleep, nutrition, and treatments in the athletic training room. The weekly recovery and readiness questionnaire allows us to monitor these things closely. We use these questionnaires, in addition to the data we collect from the Movement Efficient screening and Range of Motion assessments, to red-flag and intervene with our at-risk athletes. I'd encourage any healthcare professional to consider Fusionetics when looking for strategies to increase performance and decrease injury risk.
